New test grind, been well received in a pass around lately.
Textured s-grind, satin, lightly convex bevels. Pretty good food release.
Elmax stainless pm steel at 63 HRC.
Handle is in house stabilized spalted Rowan. Shape is half and half WA and D. So a bit right handed but will work for a lefty too, not just as comfortable.
